Everesting 30-Day Strava Challenge: April
MAJOR PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Organization:
The Everesting 30-Day April Challenge (the “Event”) is managed by Strava (www.strava.com) and sponsored by EVERESTING CHALLENGE SL, a company incorporated under the laws of Spain, with its principal office at C/ Freixa 6, Barcelona (08021), VAT ESB70725288.
Eligibility:
The prize contest for the EVERESTING 30-Day April Challenge (the “Event”) is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who participate in the sponsored Everesting Challenge hosted on Strava from April 1 to April 30, 2025. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Everesting Challenge SL are not eligible to participate.
Entry & Selection:
To enter the prize raffle, participants must complete the Event according to the guidelines published on Strava.com within the event period from April 1 to April 30, 2025.
Entry Fees:
There is no cost to enter the raffle other than participation in the Event as outlined in ‘Entry and Selection’. Entries are confirmed upon verification of participation within the stated dates.
Prize:
The winner will receive a ticket for the 2025 Everest Everesting-Serk Tour, as detailed at https://everesting.com/tour/everest-everesting-tour/, including entry fees, accommodations, meals, and transport or local guides. The prize does not include airfare or personal expenses, which are the winner’s sole responsibility.
The prize is valued at $5,700.00 USD. It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another product or service. The prize must be redeemed for the 2025 edition of the tour.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The raffle draw will be conducted by a public notary in Barcelona, Spain, between May 5 and May 25, 2025.
Winner Notification and Confirmation:
The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. The winner must respond within 3 days of notification. If the winner fails to respond, a new winner may be selected.
The winner will have 30 days to provide proof of flight bookings and intent to participate. Failure to provide this may result in disqualification and selection of a new winner.
Prize Claim:
The winner must claim their prize (organized by Serk and promoted by Everesting) by replying to the notification email within 3 days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected. The selection process may extend up to 20 alternate candidates in order of drawing if previous winners do not claim the prize.
Publicity & Rights:
By entering the raffle, participants agree to allow Everesting to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes (including social media, events, and marketing materials) without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Participants consent to Everesting sharing their contact information with Serk and using their personal data as described above in exchange for receiving the prize.
General Terms:
Everesting reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or factors beyond its control. Participation in the raffle implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Applicable Law:
This raffle contest is governed by Spanish law, and any disputes arising from it will be resolved by the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
