PRIZE CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EVERESTING 30-DAY CHALLENGE APRIL

  1. Organization: The Everesting 30-days April Challenge is an Event, managed by Strava at the website Strava.com and sponsored by EVERESTING CHALLENGE SL, a company organized and existing under the laws of Spain, with its principal place of business at C/ Freixa 6, Barcelona (08021) and with VAT ESB70725288.
  2. Eligibility: The Prize for the EVERESTING 30 DAYS APRIL CHALLENGE is open to all individuals who are 18 years or older and have been participants in the sponsored EVERESTING CHALLENGE site inside the Strava website to be held from 1st to 30th of April 2025, hereinafter referred as Everesting Event, which basis are published at the website www.strava.com. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Everesting Event are not eligible to participate.
  3. How to Enter/ Selection: To enter the raffle, participants must have participated within the Event according to the basis published at Strava website within the term of 1 month, from 1st to 30th April 2025. Basis for participation are applicable worldwide.
  4. Entry Fees: There is no payment cost for entry into the raffle other than participating in the Everesting Event published at Strava website, and following the entry steps mentioned at point 3 above. Entries will be processed upon receipt of confirmation of participating in the Everesting Event challenge within the term of 1 month, from 1st to 30th April 2025.
  5. Prize: The winner will receive a ticket to participate in 2025 Everest Everesting-Serk Tour, which includes as stated in this landing https://everesting.com/tour/everest-everesting-tour/ the entry fees, the hosting, meals and basic local needs. The prize does not include flight ticket from the city of origin of the winner, as well as, any other personal cost, which shall be sole responsibility of the winner.

The prized is valued in 5.700,00USD.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other product or service.

Winner shall use such ticket for 2025 edition of the Trip.

Prize is subject to regular taxation upon the winner domicile. Everesting will declare such Prize as an award to the winner. Any Tax obligation will be exclusive winner’s liability.

  • Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The raffle draw will take place on Barcelona (Spain) between the 5th and the 25th May 2025. The draw will be conducted by a public notary from all registered participants.
  • Winner Notification and confirmation: The winner will be notified via email, within 7 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 3 days of being notified, another winner may be selected.

The winner will have up to 30 days to book flights to the destination and prove value of intent to attend the tour. Otherwise, Everesting & Serk might decide to disqualify the winner and choose a new winner.

  • Prize Claim: The winner must claim their prize, which is organized by Serk even commercialized by Everesting, by answering the e-mail within 3 days from the notification date. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize and another winner being chosen.

Selection process will take up to 20 candidates in case no selected one accepts the Prize and will be notified upon given order by the public notary.

  • Publicity / Grant of Rights: By entering the raffle, the winner agrees to allow Everesting to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, including social media posts, event promotions, and marketing materials, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner also accepts that Everesting will be entitled to share his/her contact data with Serk and to publish his/her participation in the Prize granting his/her image, name and likeness rights, which payment is included in exchange of the Prize.
  • General Terms: Everesting reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or any other reason beyond our control. Participation in the raffle implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any amendment within the term.

  • Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used for the purpose of the raffle as well as other products and services of Everesting, and always in accordance with Everesting’s privacy policy.   • Applicable Law: This raffle contest is governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
